A-Level Maths & Further Maths Tutoring

Build Confidence in A-Level Maths and Further Maths

A-Level Maths and Further Maths demand more than knowing the right formula. You need secure methods, clear mathematical reasoning and the confidence to apply what you know to unfamiliar exam questions. We provide tailored tuition, helping you strengthen topic knowledge while developing the exam technique that can make a real difference to your work.

Whether you are finding Year 12 content difficult, preparing for Year 13, or aiming to make your revision more focused, we shape sessions around the areas where you need support. Tuition is available in person from our Buckinghamshire base or online via Zoom.

Strengthen the Topics That Matter Most

Small gaps can become much more noticeable as A-Level content builds. A topic that seemed manageable at first can return later in more demanding questions, particularly when ideas from pure maths, mechanics and statistics are combined. Our focused tuition gives you the time to revisit these foundations, practise the right methods and ask questions without feeling rushed.

We cover the relevant specification content for your exam board, alongside exam-style questions where appropriate. We support students across all A-Level Maths and Further Maths exam boards, adapting teaching to your current level and the areas you are studying.

  • A-Level Maths and Further Maths tuition for all exam boards

  • Pure maths, mechanics and statistics support

  • Exam technique, past paper practice and question breakdowns

  • Regular homework to help reinforce learning between lessons

  • One-to-one or small group tuition with a maximum of four students

Turn Practice Into Better Exam Technique

Knowing the content is one part of A-Level study. Being able to interpret a question, choose an efficient method, show enough working and manage your time under exam conditions all matter too. We use exam-style questions and past paper practice to help you become more familiar with the wording, structure and level of detail expected.

Rather than simply working through answers, we focus on how to approach each stage of a problem. You can identify where marks are being lost, practise clearer solutions and build a more reliable process for tackling challenging questions. Regular homework provides further opportunities to apply what you have covered and keep progress moving between sessions.

Learn in the Way That Suits You

In-person tuition is available at our Buckinghamshire base, welcoming families from Weston Turville, Tring, Aston Clinton, Stone, Milton Keynes, Buckingham and across the wider Buckinghamshire area. We also offer online lessons via Zoom as a flexible alternative for students who prefer to learn from home.

You can choose one-to-one tuition at £45 per hour for focused individual support. Small group sessions are £40 per hour, with a maximum of four students grouped by similar ability. Both options offer a structured setting for working through specification content, practising questions and building confidence over time.

Benefit From Experienced, Focused Support

We keep lessons centred on the content, methods and question types relevant to A-Level study, with a clear and supportive approach throughout.

Difficult A-Level Maths questions do not always make sense immediately, especially when revision is already demanding. Alongside tuition sessions, we create TikTok content that breaks down challenging A-Level Maths questions, giving many students an additional source of support between lessons. Our aim is straightforward: help you understand the maths in front of you, practise it effectively and feel better prepared for the next question.
